A supple and velvety wine from the North-East of Morocco, with a lot of lightness. Serve at 14-16 degrees for best flavour. Pairs well with grilled meats, charcuteries, and cheese boards as well as Mediterranean food.
The appellation Guerrouane is a region of northern Morocco, located south of the imperial city of Meknès in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean. This area has been known for producing wines for more than 2,000 years and certainly since the time of the Roman Empire.
